I got my real estate license in California in 1969. I joined the sales staff at Apple Valley Ranchos and would drive folks up from the Los Angeles-Orange County areas to buy residential lots in Apple Valley, CA. I started listing and selling homes and income property in 1971 in Anaheim, Huntington Beach, Mission Viejo, and other parts of Orange County, CA. In 1974, my wife and son and I moved to Apple Valley, CA and I sold properties throughout the High Desert (including the nearby community of Silver Lakes which we moved to several years later}. We moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ to enjoy the climate and the energy of living in a vibrant city. I work with a great group of professionals at Havasu Realty.
