How to Find UsHavasu Realty is located in the La Pierre building at 30 S. Acoma Blvd. It is a two story building at the N/E corner of S. Acoma Blvd and Swanson Ave. Take Hwy 95 to Swanson Ave and go east (away from the lake) to Acoma Blvd. We are on the parking lot side of the second floor in Suite 210. The elevator is next to our office. If you get lost, call my cell phone at (928)486-1906. |
My WatermelonI owned this 1953 Chevy Belair in the early sixties and had more fun driving it. I called it my watermelon. |
Why I Moved to Lake Havasu CityThis is the view from my terrace. Yes, we have some warm weather during the summer but, there are so many more beautiful evenings to enjoy outdoor living the rest of the year (than in most parts of the country), that it's more than worth it. |
London Bridge BeachIs this living in paradise or what? |
Just for DogsWhere else can you find a prime piece of real estate (with a water view) that is fenced and gated for the exclusive use of you and your dogs? |
Bring Your Kids to Havasu......to show them that there are colors for the sky other than brown or grey. |
Nautical Inn ResortPull your boat right up to the beach (lower right) and walk to your room. Later, enjoy the best view in town at the Captain's Table Restaurant. |
London BridgeThis photo was taken from the English Village side of the Bridgewater Channel. You can see Barley Brothers Brewery & Grill just to the right of the bridge. |
Dixie BelleThe Dixie Belle takes about one hour to go around the island and under the London Bridge. |
Boat Parade of LightsAt Christmas time, you can spend the evening on the Dixie Belle as it joins the annual boat parade through Bridgewater Channel. A million Christmas lights make it an unforgettable evening. |

More my SpeedThis one seats up to ten people. |
Backyard MagicThere is something special about relaxing after a hard day's work and closing your eyes and listening to the sound of falling water. Quality time counts, don't shortchange yourself. |
Voluntary Traffic JamHey, it beats trying to get out of Los Angeles on a Friday night! |
Wish I Still Had My '56 Chevy Bel AirI took this photo at one of the Relics and Rods car shows. Lake Havasu City is a great place to see classic cars driving around at anytime of the year (you may see my wife or myself driving around in our '59 Chevy Bel Air). Click on Havasu Car Clubs to see the websites of three local clubs. |
Hualapai Mountain ParkWith area elevations ranging from 5,000 - 8417 feet, the Hualapai Mountain Park area is about 75 miles from Lake Havasu City. You can camp, rent a cabin, rent a room, eat at the restaurant, stay at a Bed & Breakfast, or just spend the day in the cool mountains. |
An Easy Day TripJust 54 miles from Lake Havasu City, you'll find Oatman, AZ. In it's heyday, Oatman had 10,000 people working the gold (and the miners). 500 persons still make it their home. I'm not sure how many donkeys are there but watch for them as you pull into a parking place. Photo courtesy of Dolores Steele. |
Nearby Laughlin, NVPlenty of fun and entertainment plus an outlet mall are yours at Laughlin, NV. It's a short 68 mile drive from Lake Havasu City. |
